My rating- 5/5

Positives- 

1.) Direction ,script and story (5/5) - One thing which needs to be praised is the direction and story. It was mindblowing and i liked the way they set it. The revenge elements used was superb and this makes it a realistic revenge drama. Everything presented out was natural and it suceeded in giving us feel about the characters. Script was also good and certain dialogues are worth for this movie and it also succeded in giving tension and thrill to viewers.

2.)  Shahab , Taraneh and rest all cast (5/5)- No one disappointed and they did their parts well. Shahab (male protagonist) was excellent and he was able to give life to his role. Same also with Taraneh (female protagonist).

3.) Cinematography (5/5)

5.)Thrill and suspense (5/5)

Negatives-

1.) Slow paced movie- It was slow in middle and it bores us in some scenes but you will forget it when it reaches the suspense part that is almost towards its end. They could have reduced it.

Is it a must watch?

Yes!! :)

Overall- I recommend everyone to watch this movie because its a well made suspense movie without and flaws in a realistic manner. Director succeeded in adding pace and tension to this movie. So watch it and if your an international audience then watch it with subs.

(Note- This a persian movie and for international audience they need to watch with subtitles. Watching with subtitles wont spoil your experience so its fine and dont avoid this movie)

Positives- 

1.) Direction,screenplay and story- It was an impressive debut by Babak Anvari(director). In this movie it has a great sensitive story plot and within this story plot creating horror is an amazing idea and definitely we can conclude it as out of box film. Its an horror film from an Iranian cultural perspective and definitely it gives us realistic feel.  there are aspects that are less predictable, resulting in a fascinating movie. A realistic film with supernatural elements mixing up by director in script was totally a good idea. 

2.)Narges Rashidi (mother) and Avin Manshadi (daughter)- Without their realistic performance this movie couldn't have worked out well. All those emotional scenes by both these actresses were done without any flaw and i was amazed by Avin as daughter because she is a very small child and without any hestitaion she does it properly like matured actors. Casting is another big plus to this movie.

3.)Cinematography- well shot and each frames has its own uniqueness which made the film lively.

4.)Bg score- it suited the movie well.

5.)Editing was also good

Is it a must watch?

Yes its must watch horror film with all elements mixed properly. Thanks to the director and actors for making this film the best. It will be treat not only to horror movie fans but also to those who are looking for a good story.

Overall- In short just go for this wonderfull film. Its very rare to find this type of good movies.Its a horror film with good story.

MY RATING-  5/5 (MUST WATCH MOVIE FOR ALL TYPES OF AUDIENCE)

POSITIVES- 

1.) THE TWO  MAIN CENTRAL CHARACTERS(OFFICER AND THE ACCUSED) WERE BRILLIANT. BUT THE POLICE OFFICER  WAS EXCELLENT AND HE SHOULD GET SPECIAL AWARD FOR HIS PERFORMANCE. POLICE OFFICER IS THE ANTAGONIST IN THIS FLICK AND HIS ACTING GIVES US A HORROR FEEL. (I EVEN FELT THAT I WAS INSIDE THIS MOVIE).

2.) DIRECTION WAS MORE THAN BRILLIANT. IN EACH SCENES HE WAS CAPABLE OF ADDING THRILLS IN THIS LESS THAN 2 HOURS FLICK. (HATS OFF TO THE DIRECTOR)

3.)SCRIPT WAS THE MAIN HIGHLIGHT. EVEN THOUGH THE DIALOGUES WERE SHORT IN EACH SCENES SCRIPT WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE HORROR FEEL TO THE AUDIENCE.  THIS IS A MOVIE WITHOUT BORING CLICHED EMOTIONAL SCREENPLAY. (CONGO AND WELL DONE). SCREENPLAY WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE EMOTIONS, THRILL,AND HAPPINESS .

4.) MARVELOUS CLIMAX . BRILLIANT CLIMAX EVER SEEN TILL NOW AND SCRIPT AND DIRECTION SUCCEEDED IN THAT.

NEGATIVES-

(SORRY I HAVENT FOUND ANY NEGATIVES IN THIS FILM AND YOU CAN ALSO CONSIDER THIS AS THE REASON FOR ME TO GIVE THIS MOVIE FULL MARKS  😃)

OVERALL: A MUST WATCH MOVIE. PLEASE DO WATCH THIS MOVIE EVEN IF YOU ARE NON ARABIC PERSON.
